Abundance and Prosperity : the Norm for More and More Women.

Most of the women I see need or want more money. Abundance and prosperity, or lack of it, is one of the most common issues for which we seek advice or research mental strategies such as a positive thinking secret... if one exists, or law of attraction techniques that actually work.
Do not be embarrassed if you are going through tough times, in serious debt, or struggling to make your car payment. You are not alone. This article presents a few critical elements for positive change in the financial and material area. Some women have plenty of, or even a lot of money. Many struggle. Would you like to be in the first category?
3 Top Abundance and Prosperity SkillsA. The first thing I want you to do is to honestly ask yourself the following: Do I believe abundance and prosperity come by random circumstances, or that I can influence financial situations and events in my life? Take some time to really ponder this. If you know, or are at least open to learning that you can influence your own financial reality, read on. It is a well known truth that the material or financial reality you are living is a reflection of your inner beliefs. Women who feel unworthy, guilty and have low self-esteem generally experience more money problems. If this is you, the more you begin to improve your inner beliefs and claim your own much deserved good, the more you will improve your material situation. Note that I am not in agreement with the risky thinking that promotes get rich quick schemes or magical thinking. I do know however, that a healthy, optimistic, hopeful and committed approach to increasing your own material wealth, combined with right action, does work. How do I know this? Because I have done it. This approach, in law of attraction terms, is basic, though this does not mean it is easy. If you are unaccustomed to thinking, speaking and acting in alignment with healthy practices, you will find it a challenge at first. And… the more you repeat the healthy thinking strategies, the more the snowball starts rolling. The abundance and prosperity snowball. Caution: Run from anyone trying to sell you a $1500.00 dollar course to help undo your limiting beliefs. Start with simple changes you can do on your own. It saddens me to hear of women going into debt taking self-help courses, and not really getting anywhere. You can do your own R&R (Reading and Research) and get on the right track yourself. If you need help there are many non-profit, government, social and health agencies ready to help you if you seek them out, in your area and on the web. B. Start increasing your ability to create abundance and prosperity. You received a mountain of messaging as a girl. In fact, you can still imagine certain people telling you things, good and bad, from your childhood, if you stop and think about it, right now. Clear as day. Your life is a reflection of the beliefs you adopted, took in, or accepted as truth, from those messages. Make a list of 3 negative messages you took in as a little girl. Ones that are not the healthiest for you. Messages that are anti abundance and prosperity. Now begin de-programming these messages with healthier thoughts - often the opposite of what the message was. You may even imagine the same person telling you the good version of the message. For example, if you were told, Girls should be secretaries, teachers or housewives.(Not that there is anything wrong with any of those, except that it will be more challenging to create a 6-figure income in those careers, if that is one of your life goals.) The opposite could be Women can go in to any profession they wish: nurse practitioner, bio-chemist, successful business owner, president. Play out this healthy fact, or truth, in your mind as you drift off to sleep, complete with images of yourself depositing the corresponding healthy paychecks. Have some fun with this, and practice re-programming your mind with good, positive thinking style, healthy messages. C. Learn to have a positive response to thoughts about money. Thinking about your finances, if they are shaky, can evoke all sorts of negative thoughts and emotions. How do you feel when you start thinking about your current finances, when you sit down to pay your bills? The thoughts and emotions springing up are indicating your deep subconscious beliefs about money. If the feelings are opposite to abundant and prosperous, practice this mental exercise before you tackle the bills: tell yourself, this situation is temporary. I am on a path to solving my financial problems, and living in abundance and prosperity. I am now seeking small and larger ways to improve my financial situation and live in a permanent cash surplus scenario. Note how the above mental exercise has a dose of reality injected into it. The woman who succeeds with law of attraction as a mental habit is the one who is serious about not only the thinking elements, but the all important action elements a well.
