Authentic Happiness and the Law of Attraction

First, what is authentic happiness? Have you ever been ill and inactive for a period, and then began to exercise daily again? authentic-happiness Women often feel the positive shift in their emotional state in this way, with life experiences such as after:

• The exhaustion of childbirth and the post-partum period

• Suffering morbid obesity and achieving a healthy weight

• Hysterectomy and other major surgery

• Other treatments or procedures which slow a woman down for awhile

Any woman who has experienced the wonderful post feeling lousy, improved feeling, knows exactly what I am talking about.

What Does Real Happiness Feel Like?

One of the world’s top researchers in positive psychology, Dr. Martin Seligman, from the University of Pennsylvania’s Positive Psychology Center , says that three elements are at play(1):

(a) positive emotion and pleasure

(b) engagement and

(c) meaning in life

It is free! These are no-hype, useful questionnaires which will give you high quality insight into your own happiness.

How can I use healthy thinking, law of attraction strategies to feel truly happy, more often?

Let’s get back to this question for our answer: Have you ever been ill and inactive for a period, and then began to exercise daily again? How did you feel mentally, emotionally? Powerful positive chemical and physiological changes happen in our brain cells, and in our entire central nervous system when we exercise. Remember that Step 2 of the Attract It law of attraction strategy is to Energize what we are thinking about?

Researchers are now concurring that exercise probably works on improving mood by improving the circulation of serotonin, norepinephrine, and the endorphins we love to feel. That is when we have the strongest joyful feeling.

Quoted in Prozac Nation No More(2), Dr. James Gordon, founder of the Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington, D.C is now speaking out, as many psychiatrists and psychologists are, and bringing forward proof that diet, exercise and meditation are actually effective ways to treat depression.

The bottom line is, you do not secrets to find real happiness. You do need to change what you think, what you say, and what you do. That, is the core of healthy positive thinking.
