Women just starting a business or looking for management and team building tools love my templates and documents, and suggested I put some online. So here we are!

You may have seen on this site that I have created hundreds of proposals, templates, policies and procedures, textbooks and workbooks over the span of my career. Along the way, I learned that the KIS principle is what clients love. Note: As is my healthy positive thinking and NLP practice, I prefer to avoid the negative word Stupid, leaving it out of the popular acronym for Keep It Simple.

The following free business templates help us to think differently. These are top selections my clients like best. This limited selection of management tools is created with the underlying philosophy of Focus on Solution, aka - what Einstein supported, and professional women know as the law of attraction, or realistic, healthy positive thinking.

Many of these are One Pagers. And for any Manager or Director who has ever had to implement a twelve page procedure, you know how effective it is to simplify, wherever possible.
