Well-researched, it is jam packed with excellent and realistic ideas, where to, how to, and what to do, when. I am personally quite unskilled at contests, and the first few times my husband and I bought lottery tickets, someone had to show us how. We were clueless. However, I see that contesting is a hobby which many people are enjoying, and consider one of the most fun methods for accumulating the little extras, and some of the more lucrative luxuries for themselves and their families.
