If you view no other expert video this month, the good quotes law-of-attraction in this video (1) by the originator of Positive Psychology, Dr. M. Seligman, make this one The Must See. As the leader of the evidence based Authentic Happiness project, when this famous doctor speaks about how to be happy, including positive thinking activities he suggests, people listen. Key law of attraction strategies such as the ultimate gratitude exercise are suggested, though the vocabulary is pure college psychology. Note: if you decide to proceed with the gratitude exercise, you will need a tissue.

The Seligman TED Talk This remarkable 23 minute video will leave you wanting to watch it over again, take notes and do many of the exercises and suggested positive thinking activities explained. As one thought provoking example of the renowned doctor’s quotes which you will find particularly meaningful is:
