GG's Gratitude Journal Advice
The Gratitude Journal is an excellent tool for women, and helps maintain positive focus. We may even have a bit of an edge over men on this one, for various reasons - we are master communicators and we had diaries as children, for starters.
The law of attraction is at its most powerful in our lives when we are in the habit of recognizing positive aspects already present. Expressing gratitude, acknowledgment and appreciation about the good things in our lives not only feels good, it multiplies the instances of our receiving of more good.
Begin to notice and acknowledge the good things, people and events all around you and in your day-to-day life and these will multiply exponentially. Whether you do this in a notebook or other means, is probably irrelevant, and I would be interested in seeing a clinical study on the matter. Please send me any such info, and thank you ahead of time!
What you are really doing by acknowledging or noticing the good stuff, is giving it positive attention, energy and focus. And what happens when you do that? You get more of it!
Noticing, Gratitude and Abundance These three sisters have a powerful relationship. For example, suppose your desire has something to do with more money, sales, a higher income or zero debt. By noticing or observing the abundance all around you, you are creating good feelings. These are feelings of gratitude. Noticing a good thing in your life is the same feeling as the thank you feeling. If we could scientifically measure the noticing feeling, and current MRI technology probably can, it would surely rate equal or close to the gratitude level. By noticing the abundance already in your life, you will begin to receive more of whatever you are noticing! Use a gratitude journal to do so, and simplify things. Here is

One odd feature of this gratitude phenomenon is that when we start noticing a particular thing, more shows up. Don't believe me? Remember the last time you bought a new car? All of a sudden you started seeing the same car everywhere, even if you never really noticed that model before. These coincidences are fun, if not more significant. Jot them down in your gratitude journal.
Caution: There is one caveat, however. Your journaling should not be unpleasant. The whole idea is to enjoy it, and generate good feeling throughout the process. If it feels like a chore - do not do ti. Put it aside for a few days, and go back to it. Take a new twist in your writing, add some images, photos, clippings. Whatever works to keep you focused on the positive side of journaling and your achievement of your own goals.
Most Common Gratitude Journal Question Women Ask: Should I keep them? Well... that depends. Are you writing anything that could hurt someone one day? Then, no. Chuck it. Practice making entries in a positive light as much as possible if you plan to keep them. Does it make you feel good to look at them, to read them later? If not, Purge, girl... purge!
