The important thing is that you enable, create or trigger good feelings within yourself as much as possible, especially during a stressful workday. Pre-plan and have some favourite photos with you to look at, inspiring music in the cubicle, bring a book of jokes or positive motivational quotes with you to enjoy during your break. Start every staff meeting with a fun or funny team building warm up. It could be as simple as pulling up an appropriate but hilarious YouTube video to start off the meeting or a funny 3 question multiple choice quiz you created. Try it and watch what happens.
