Inspirational Stories, Women and Stress: Queen of Talk on The Secret
Stressed? One of the most inspirational stories I have seen online is one which incorporates ideas for women and stress, in this Queen of Talk TV’s law of attraction video clip. Inspirational Stories Oprah’s entire career has been built on inspiring others. Even her naysayers agree on this, and no one can deny the good she has done for women worldwide. However, did you know about her fat farm epiphany, as she describes it, and the amazing law of attraction story about her ending up in The Color purple? Watch the video here:
Note: We are seeking more Inspirational stories for women and stress. See below.
What stress management tips can you use from this story? Let’s take a look:
1. First, she is highly stressed at this time, about her weight, and has gone to what she calls a fat farm. Tip: It is better to use more positive self talk on this matter, such as health centre. This NLP strategy is important to integrate if you are serious about changing negative thought patterns.
2. Secondly, she is experiencing a high level of stress around feeling like a failure, and used a meditative strategy, looking to her Higher Power and asking to for help to let go of the issue. Tip: one of the women and stress issues I see with clients, is that we are so insanely busy that the last thing we will do is spend meditative, spiritual time asking for help, or going within. Wrong. We must begin to do as our mothers, grandmothers, and healthy thinkers worldwide and since time began do, and did… we must practice some type of inner reflection and asking. Pray, think in visuals about solutions, meditate, learn Sedona method… anything.
3. Thirdly, she decreases her stress by openly sharing about the good that is happening in her life. She talks about the amazing law of attraction occurrence around her actually getting the role, and expresses greatefulness. Tip: The more stressed you are, the more important it is for you to reach out and have conversations with others who care, or are like minded, or are interested in your ideas. Friends, groups, social activities… when we are stressed we often avoid these and try to do it all alone. No. This is the most important time to reach out.
As Jimmy Dean said, I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.
