The Law of Attraction Rap
Well, they said positive rap
would never happen. However... The Law of Attraction Rap(c) has arrived! Let's have some fun with this one. This delightful optimism based rap is the brainchild of former federal criminal prosecutor Henry Novak. Joining the ranks of leaders from the professional fields aligning as one voice in the Positive Change Movement, Henry is a mentor in the science of personal transformation. Among his credentials are a lifetime of service as a lawyer, mentoring on the practice of mindfulness, ethics, positive emotions, openness, and appreciation of others. His story is one with many lessons for any of us wondering if we should or should not take the road less traveled. See Henry Novak's web site:(1) Inspired to Pen a Positive Rap A cursory glance at Henry’s picture would not lead you to think, I’ll bet this guy writes a mean law of attraction rap. However, as the powers that be love to teach us, our judgments are so often misguided, and in this case, pleasantly so. In fact, Henry is an expert in law of attraction and manifestation. As his website says, “He inspires his audiences to transcend the negativity and limiting beliefs that plague the business world so that they may reach their full potential, both as workers and as human beings.” And so it transpired, that he contacted me and submitted his positive rap creation after having found our website. Not intending to create law of attraction music, he had been facilitating a LOA group 2007, in Austin, Texas. There were between 25 and 35 people meeting monthly, and “having some wonderful results, and a lot of fun with the rap,” he reports. It is no wonder! The short rap is quite catchy, uplifting and says it all. Without further ado, here it is (Also – there is a link to the Free PDF Download of it (2) ):
The Law of Attraction Rap
I really love the Law of Attraction,
‘cause that’s where I get my main satisfaction.
I put my thoughts out there so I can see,
the Law of Attraction manifesting for me.
Whatever I ask for is always given,
and that's why I say, “This is my kind of living”
I free my mind from any detention,
I focus it now on my highest intention.
And when I do I must confess,
the Law of Attraction always says, YES.
I forget my struggles and release my worries now,
‘cause the Law of Attraction always shows me how.
And when I get in that allowing attitude
my heart just bursts with joy and gratitude.
So I think it, I feel it, I get in the flow
and the Law of Attraction makes it so.
